How can I track the status of my order?

Orders can be tracked by signing into Your Account.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes, all returns and or exchanges must be postmarked no later than 14 days of purchase in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must contain all tags and packaging.

Can I make changes to my online order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

Shipping and Payment Options

 

What shipping methods are available and what are the guidelines?

G Wear ships all orders via UPS. Customers can elect to have their order produced and shipped within the following timeframes:

What payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network, and G Wear Gift Cards.

At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks or money orders.

Do I pay Sales Tax on my Purchase?

State and local tax laws regulate when sales tax must be collected and the rates at which to collect.  G Wear will collect the applicable sales tax in the states in which it has business operations.  If you are located outside the State of Texas, please consult your local tax requirements relative to your purchase.  Tax listed at checkout is estimated.

When do purchased items ship?

Products are shipped UPS Ground within 2-3 business days of ordering.  This applies to "individual" online orders.  Boutique order delivery times vary.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST) are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing.

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days for in-stock items. Please note that there are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

At this time, G Wear can only ship orders to addresses located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS and may take 7-14 days for ground delivery.


 

Returns and Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?

While we take pride in every G Wear product, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return. All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days of purchase in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must contain all tags and packaging

Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

Is there a missing item / damaged product restocking fee?

In the event your package was damaged in transit, email within 2 business days of receiving package to customercare@mygwear.com. Keep all packaging for inspection by courier.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy standards.
